UK Delivery Options

We currently deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Our standard delivery options are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £4.99

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £8.99

  • Free Delivery: Available on all orders over £100

All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre to guarantee reliability and product integrity.


Dispatch & Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are usually dispatched on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

We aim to ensure that 90% of all UK orders are delivered within 48 hours.


Discreet & Secure Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are packaged discreetly, with no mention of product names or medical details on the exterior packaging.

Each parcel is:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your delivery in real time to see when it will arrive.

If your tracking shows a delay or issue, please contact our support team — we’ll work with the courier to resolve it immediately.


Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, external factors such as weather, courier disruptions, or postal strikes may occasionally cause delays.
If this happens, we will:

International Delivery

At this time, Cohen Pharmacy only delivers within the United Kingdom.
We are currently working to expand our delivery network to selected EU countries — updates will be announced on our website once available.


Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged:

  2. Include your order number and tracking details.

  3. Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
